Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds or exchange items if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.
If goods purchased are faulty upon recieving please contact the My Baby Warehouse Website Team on 02 4228 3912 to discuss returning the faulty item for replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
If you receive your item and it is not as described you may return the item within 7 days of purchase using our reply paid address. Once the item is received we will assess the reason for return and credit if necessary.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, contact us and we will discuss how we can rectify any issues - we will have to have the items returned before we can send out the correct items
For Hygiene reasons we cannot accept some items to be returned such as potties, toilet trainers, breast pumps etc.
