TERMS AND CONDITIONS ‘My Baby Warehouse Online’ contains terms and conditions which we urge our valued customers to read and be aware of before making a purchase PRICING Please be aware that in store prices and website prices may differ as they are considered totally different. Promotions and package deals on the web will not necessarily apply at the stores, therefore our staff members are not expected to match online prices. Any discount vouchers printed online and presented at ‘My baby Warehouse’ retail stores are excluding items that are already on sale. Prices are subject to change without notice and are displayed in Australian dollars inclusive of GST. WEB SETTINGS When making an order please take care as we are not liable simply because you made the wrong choice. Keep in mind that colours may appear different due to different monitor settings. If you need to exchange your goods due to this, all freight and insurance charges are your responsibility. We are not liable if the website is not up to date or if a server error or pricing error has occurred. If a pricing error has occurred we do not have to honour it. DELIVERY Goods can only be delivered to it’s destination when purchase and delivery fee has been paid in full. Only then will the goods be dispatched. The courier company will not deliver to a PO BOX and if no one is present to sign off and collect goods they will be sent back to the main depot. It’s under the customers discretion whether to personally collect goods from the depot or have the goods re-delivered, an additional delivery fee will apply payable to the customer if this is the case. Any freight cost or insurance charges are strictly payable to the customer in the event that goods are being returned back to ‘My Baby Warehouse Online’. WARRANTY All products have a 12 month warranty and are covered by the supplier with receipt as proof of purchase. |
