DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Goods ordered through ‘My Baby Warehouse online’ will be delivered within 3 to 10 working days. Any items that are out of stock may take up to 6 weeks for delivery and any cots or furniture that need to be ordered may take between 2 to 6 weeks. The only bulky furniture that can be delivered outside the Sydney Metropolitan areas are Cots and changers. Unfortunately chests of drawers, Robes, Bookcases or tallboys can only be delivered in the Sydney metropolitan areas ONLY!! Please note that there is a minimum delivery fee of $10. Delivery charges are calculated by dead weight or cubic weight whichever is the greater and also mileage. Goods can only be delivered to it’s destination when purchase and delivery fee has been paid in full. If you have special instructions upon the arrival of your goods please keep us well informed so that we can pass it on to the driver. The courier company will not deliver to a PO BOX and if no one is present to sign off and collect goods they will be sent back to the main depot. It is under the customers discretion whether to personally collect goods from the depot or have the goods re-delivered, an additional delivery fee will apply payable to the customer if this is the case. Any freight cost or insurance charges are strictly payable to the customer in the event that goods are being returned back to ‘My Baby Warehouse Online’.
